The partner at the center
of this opportunity.
T Brothers brings the freight, trailers, trailer insurance and maintenance, and freight insurance that support this proposal. Guzman & Daughters brings a focused effort to find owner-operators and connect them with that opportunity.
A new operator pipeline
Guzman & Daughters sources owner-operators for Plan A and refers additional applicants directly to T Brothers through Plan B.
Financing handled by Guzman
For either plan, Guzman & Daughters Capital coordinates truck-financing opportunities with third-party lenders, so T Brothers does not have to arrange the drivers’ loans.
More capacity to move freight
Plan A adds owner-operators who can move T Brothers freight, creating more brokerage-income opportunities. The monthly trailer payment covers trailer costs.
Additional freight business
Plan A operators haul T Brothers freight, generating the agreed freight-related income. Plan B brings new applicants into T Brothers’ own operator process.
The proposal builds around T Brothers’ role: connect its freight and equipment with more owner-operators through a recruiting relationship with Guzman & Daughters.
A recruiting partnership
with two operating paths.
Guzman & Daughters finds owner-operators. The partnership then uses one of two paths, based on Guzman & Daughters’ available capacity.
Source operators
Guzman & Daughters identifies prospective owner-operators and brings them into the opportunity.
Build under G&D authority
Plan A places owner-operators under Guzman & Daughters Transportation’s operating authority, running freight supplied by T Brothers.
Refer beyond capacity
Plan B refers additional owner-operators to apply directly to T Brothers when Guzman & Daughters reaches its annual intake limit.
More capacity.
More freight moving.
Guzman & Daughters sources owner-operators who operate under its transportation authority. Capital helps prospective operators obtain truck financing, and Transportation provides mentoring under Plan A. T Brothers supplies freight and trailers.
Move more freight.
Earn more brokerage income.
More owner-operators create additional capacity to handle T Brothers freight. The primary benefit is the brokerage income earned from that additional freight movement.
More high-quality operators.
More freight revenue.
Guzman & Daughters is limited in the number of owner-operators it can take in each year. Additional prospective operators would be referred to T Brothers to apply. These prospects come through Guzman & Daughters Capital with their own tractors already acquired. Guzman & Daughters will provide T Brothers with owner-operator prospects who have their own tractors.
A pipeline of high-quality
owner-operators for T Brothers.
The goal is to bring T Brothers qualified owner-operators who can haul more freight and generate additional revenue. T Brothers retains its own application and acceptance process.
